2. What we offer

  • Digital resources, such as templates, packs, trackers and documentation tools for schools, teachers, SBST teams, SMTs and ECD/pre-primary centres. These are delivered electronically (for example, as Word or PDF files).
  • Consulting services, such as consultations, school visits, training and support with SIAS/SBST processes, learner support systems and school administration.

Each product or service is described on our website or in a quote. We take care to describe everything accurately, but sample images are for illustration and the final files may differ slightly in layout.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
  • Digital products have no delivery cost.
  • Payment can be made online through PayFast or by EFT. For EFT, please use the reference we give you so we can match your payment.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. For EFT, this is when the funds reflect in our account.
  • Consulting services are priced per quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, payment or a deposit is due before the session or visit.

Online card payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are sent to the email address you provide, or made available for download, within 2 business days of payment being confirmed, and usually much sooner. If you have not received your files within this time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at etsebethconsulting@gmail.com.

Please make sure the email address you give us is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address.

5. How you may use our resources

When you buy a digital resource, you receive a licence to use it, not ownership of it. All content remains the intellectual property of Etsebeth Educational Consulting.

You may:

  • use and edit the resource within the school, centre or practice it was bought for;
  • print as many copies as you need for that school, centre or practice;
  • share it with colleagues at that same school or centre.

You may not:

  • resell, share, upload or distribute the resource (or edited versions of it) to other schools, groups or websites;
  • post the files in WhatsApp groups, social media groups or shared drives outside your own school;
  • claim the resource as your own work or remove our branding for commercial use.

If another school would like to use a resource, they are welcome to purchase their own copy, or contact us about a multi-school licence.

6. Consulting sessions and bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed on a date and any required payment or deposit has been received.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a new date or a full refund.

7. Professional responsibility

Our resources and advice are designed to support schools in line with the SIAS policy and other Department of Basic Education guidelines, and are based on extensive classroom and learner support experience. However:

  • they are support tools and guidance, not legal, medical, psychological or official departmental advice;
  • your school remains responsible for its own decisions about learners, and for following current DBE, provincial and district requirements;
  • policies and requirements can change, so please check that templates match your district’s current expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our resources or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact us first at etsebethconsulting@gmail.com or +27 71 548 0475. We will respond within 5 business days and do our best to resolve the matter fairly. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
