Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. This policy explains when refunds apply for digital resources and consulting services.

Digital resources

Our resources are digital files that are delivered immediately or shortly after payment. Because they cannot be “returned” once they have been downloaded or emailed, we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after delivery.

By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery of the digital files begins once payment is confirmed.

We will gladly replace the files or give you a full refund if:

  • the file is faulty, corrupted or will not open, and we cannot fix it for you;
  • the file is incomplete or materially different from its description;
  • you were charged twice for the same product;
  • you paid but we were unable to deliver the product.

Please let us know within 14 days of purchase so we can help.

Consulting sessions and school visits

  • 48 hours’ notice or more: you can reschedule at no cost, or cancel for a full refund.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: you can reschedule once at no cost. Payments for sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not refundable.
  • If we cancel: you will receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.

For services that are already partly completed, any refund will be calculated fairly on the portion of the work not yet delivered.

How to request a refund

Email etsebethconsulting@gmail.com or WhatsApp +27 71 548 0475 with your name, the product or service, the date of purchase and a short explanation. We will reply within 5 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method. Card payments made through PayFast are refunded to the same card. EFT payments are refunded by EFT to the account you provide. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval, although your bank may take a few extra days to reflect the funds.

Your rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
